After reading the reviews I didn't know what to expect but I had a whole different experience in the WC Citibank. I was greeted as soon as I arrived and was helped by John Lafiti who was more than gracious in trying to figure out my fraud problem. Excellent branch! Branch manager Carolyn is sweet and helpful . Cord is a professional banker that provides excellent customer service. He is very accomodating, knowledgeable. He went over and beyond for me. that's what this branch does. I recommend this bank!Desiree
