“My iPhone got wet and wouldn’t power up. I thought my contacts were backed up with iCloud and with Verizon backup but only about 1/3 of them were. My text messages were backed up but most of them were only identified by numbers instead of by name - thousands of them- total nightmare. They took my phone apart and connected a portion of it to their equipment and were able to upload all of the missing data from it. It took a week and cost $300 but it saved me a lot of time. Huge relief, thanks!”

I needed a new cartridge, had the machine serviced and cleaned. I came home with my turntable and put on an old Paul Simon record to test out the work.
