Once again a friendly strong hello from long time Elsmore Walnut Creek employee Greg. We've been buying our swim gear here since they opened and Greg is amazing. I am sure the majority of items I buy at Elsmore could be found online but the trusted knowledge makes the in person shopping experience worth it.

I ordered the wrong size. When I received the confirmation email that the item was shipping, I realized it. I called customer service and Misty went above and beyond intercepted a package before it left the building and corrected the error. Great job! Thank you
