“Im writing this review tragically late and for that I owe my apologies to the lovely employees (Loretta, Debra, and Amanda) who were so EXTREMELY helpful when I came in around a month ago. I walked in looking for sweats / pjs, and I was quickly helped. Someone told me about the seasonal designs and said I might have better luck in a few months, but showed me to what they did have. Everyone was incredibly kind and also just honest about what they personally thought of the different options, and also helped me find what I could on sale. I left with exactly what I wanted for a great price, but I also left happy because I genuinely felt a sense of girlhood in that store. It sounds ridiculous but genuinely it felt like trying on clothes with friends rather than shopping by myself. AND I haven’t even mentioned it yet but I literally went in right before closing and this is the experience I got. Massive thanks for Loretta, Debra, and Amanda again :)”

“Akram the manager is very kind, patient, and detailed. I needed bra fitting and she explained to me all the different bra types, including how strapless bras should fit, and was very thorough and patient making sure I found the proper fit. Because of her patience and great customer service, I decided to buy another two bras from here. The other employees were also very kind and helpful, even going as far as searching through bins and drawers to find my favorite colors and styles. I had a great experience and will only be going to this location from now on, solely for the customer service and experience.”
