On moving day, the three-person crew arrived right on time. After a quick walkthrough of the items to be moved, they got to work immediately. At our new home, they took the time to lay down floor protection before bringing in any furniture, which gave us peace of mind knowing our newly remodeled floors were being protected.

The only challenge was a stubborn screw on one of our bed frames that simply wouldn’t come loose. The team quickly brought it to my attention and talked through several possible solutions with me. In the end, they safely moved three-quarters of the bed frame, and my husband planned to remove the remaining section later. I appreciated their honesty and problem-solving rather than forcing it and risking damage.

“Paris and Logan, the property managers, were very friendly and helpful during my move in process. After seeing my unit in person, I realized that it wouldn’t be big enough. They were quick to help with finding a larger unit and did their best to help me keep cost down.

The after seeing three units, all of them are very clean. They have bug catchers around the building that were pretty clean and obviously changed regularly. There were no foul smells. The facility is clearly cared for well.
