“From my very first phone call, Meredith was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. She made the entire process easy and stress-free, and everything she said would happen was done exactly as promised.
I was especially concerned about whether the container could fit into a very tight space on my property. Meredith immediately reassured me and said that Tony, their driver, was highly skilled and could place it precisely where it needed to go. She was absolutely right.
Tony arrived right on time, was professional, courteous, and exceptionally knowledgeable. Not only did he place the container perfectly in a challenging location, but he also took the time to explain all the features, tips, and tricks for using it. The truck and equipment were spotless, and his attention to detail was obvious from start to finish.
Container Solutions has earned its five-star rating. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, but Meredith and Tony exceeded every expectation. “Michelle and Alma consistently deliver high standards of service for the storage rental. I've used other storage services before, but I know this place stands out for its quality. The units are clean and well-maintained, both inside and outside, and moving equipment is available at every building. I've also noticed that Michelle and Alma are always willing to help — they always answer the phone during operating hours (except when assisting customers on-site) and respond to emails promptly. I truly appreciate their outstanding service. I've been with Mount Diablo Storage for many years, and I love this place.

TAMI IS THE BEST, HELPFUL AND VERY SWEET, THE GATE AND THE DOOR TO ENTER YOUR UNITS AREA BOTH HAVE key pads to enter, the place is very secure and clean..
I rented A 5x5 ' unit and was able to put 3big barber chairs and other things in it...tami also supplies you with a lock on your unit.
