    They never sent an email or call that the supplies were coming. So glad we were home when the supplies were delivered. They never knocked or rang bell. Supplies delivered but were left at the bottom of the steps. Elderly and disabled. Had to wait for someone to bring them up the stairs.

    Concur with everyone else leaving 1-star review here. This company is HORRIBLE! I would leave NEGATIVE five star if possible. They push everything to the insurance and let the insurance take the blame. Not professional at all!
