“Five stars isn’t nearly enough to rate the experience I had with The Construction Zone and their staff. I walked into their store with an outrageous request (at the last minute) for several different types of signage for our Groundbreaking ceremony, which happened to be 2-weeks away. With my lack of knowledge about anything to do with signage (dimensions, material, mounting, etc.), and my nearly impossible request, I was a little hesitant to even go into the store in fear of being scolded, shamed, and/or turned away…& to say the least, I was completely wrong! Rebecca, Michael, and Joey each went out of their way to help me throughout the entire process, from start to finish. They provided me with multiple options (based on my needs), guaranteed they could finish the job before the deadline, and never once made me feel like I was a burden or wasting their time…side note, they actually finished all of the signs two days prior to my expected deadline…incredible!The product quality exceeded my expectations on every level and turned out better than I could have ever imagined. Quality work and timeliness…hard to find these days. And, to top it off, their staff showed up to our Groundbreaking Ceremony to show their support. In my opinion, it says a lot about their business and their staff when they are willing to go out of their way to fulfill a ridiculous request, but also lend their support simply by showing up.I honestly can’t speak highly enough about my experience and the staff at The Construction Zone. I saw first hand how busy they are and how rudely they can be treated by some of the customers, but not once did they make me feel like I was wasting their time, nor did I feel like they were trying to rip me off.Good people and good businesses are hard to find these days, and TCZ hits both of those check boxes. “Sue Ann could tell I was having issues with my laptop and was struggling to send my paperwork to print and go and she offered to help. I was so stressed I cried and Sue Ann took care of it for me. I traveled 2 hours to submit paperwork to the water district and they didnt accept my first print. Sue Ann saved me another 4 hour turn around trip.

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elena at the Mt. Diablo FedEx Office! We came in struggling with the sizing and printing for a DIY wedding project, and she immediately went above and beyond to help us.
She figured out the correct sizing, helped us choose the perfect paper, made sure everything printed correctly, and then even helped us cut everything out! She also showed us how to use the cutter so we could work alongside her. We genuinely could not have completed this project without her.
Elena was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. I honestly can’t remember ever receiving customer service this exceptional.
