“Absolutely my favorite thrift store in the Bay Area. So glad I stumbled upon it. The manager has always been friendly and courteous to me, and the staff at check out have been helpful and kind. I’ve never one time walked out without WAY too much stuff. I generally only buy the color tag that’s on sale, maybe those of you complaining about prices should try that.”

“Great help from the staff. I needed a walker for my Mom but didn't see any until I asked. Debra showed me where there were and helped me pick the right kind. She understood what I was going through with my Mom and made getting the walker enjoyable. A few minutes of compassion made my day since sometimes you feel alone when it comes to caring for your sick parents. Thank you for your support Debra. This place is fantastic I always receive excellent service from everyone and I appreciate all the volunteers”
“Really love this location since I’ve found some amazing clothing here that I frequently wear. I feel like it’s rising in price these past couple of months. I very vividly remember seeing shoes for 75 dollars here ?… I also think they have a slight reseller problem lowkey? but kinda expected that. LOVE the stuff I’ve gotten here though and the workers r nice”
