Shai was the one who helped me twice already, twice I was meiling some important mail/package. He was patient, kind, compassionate and extremely helpful. I understand post office many times are slow and inefficient. Shai was not and he really made my post office experience level up 300%!!!!

I come to this post office often.
Michael and Ruth always greet customers with a smile. They interact with people in line. Always helpful and give the guidance that I need when shipping packages.
It’s refreshing to walk in the post office and see their beautiful smiles. I appreciate you both for helping me this morning. Keep smiling 😊
Today June 17th I was greeted with a smile and a good morning from a lovely staff member. Ruth is always a delight to assist me and today Theresa was all smiles and making eye contact and greeting all customers. I’m always treated and greeted when I come to the post office! Thank you ladies for the positive energy in the morning

A few weeks ago, I visited the Broadway PO in Walnut Creek around 11 am. It was busy, but Teresa and another clerk were patiently helping customers. I asked Teresa how. early she had come to work. She said she had been there since 3:30 am. I want to applaud Teresa who was pleasant and helpful, difficult to be when the post office is very busy. Thank you, Teresa.

Please close this branch down, The staff is rude Otis is unprofessional , the postmaster is unprofessional and also Ruth and the Manager the whole staff needs to let go and I mean now something needs to be done about this staff or I'm going over your heads with this . I hate for our human rights to be violated and this is something that they not understanding. They miss place and don't turn in Complaints I'm needing to file one for each of those unprofessional employees .. they get a 0 .0 close them down now now now now now.

I always find the people in the Walnut Creek Post Office to be friendly, hardworking and helpful. Parking is easy and free. There can be lines but it’s not the fault of the employees.

Their letter carriers can't read an address right to save their lives. At this point their negligence should qualify as mail tampering, a federal crime.

Post Office says ther are open at 8 am.... what they didn't say was it is for the kiosk. You can send ur package or get a label but it's SELF SERVICE...KIOSK...NO EMPLOYEES TO HELP YOU!!! My package ? was too big ?

this office lost my registered mail and it never got delivered to the intended recipient. when i asked them about it, they could not find it, and they said submit a form for a refund. really, that's not the point of registered mail. the point is that the mail gets delivered as intended with a little more extra care than regular mail, but apparently, not to this office. they don't care whether it's registered or not. they will lose track of it equally.
they also lost my wife's government ID. we know because we get informed delivery through USPS and get pictures of the mail before it is delivered that day. it didn't get delivered, and it took weeks of filing complaints on the USPS site, and it resulted in a "we sincerely apologize" and that was it. meanwhile we had to pay a reprocessing fee to reissue the ID, which they did not offer to cover. the only thing this office delivers well is junk mail. they get that right every single time and deliver to the right address because that's what's important to these mail carriers.
very dissatisfied. do not recommend unless you want mail to get lost. if you have a problem, i recommend you go to the usps web site and file a formal complaint to get any traction on anything. the only way this place is going to get better is if everyone starts to submit formal complaints and it catches the attention of the higher ups.
