“I cannot recommend The King's Jewelers enough! I brought in my engagement ring from a different jeweler that I was unhappy with due to poor craftsmanship. Sheri looked at the ring with me and talked me through and educated me on the issues and concerns that she saw and advised me on next steps. I had not promised them my business at that time yet Sheri and the team were already treating me like a long time customer of theirs. I did proceed with having my engagement ring re-made with TKJ using my existing diamond and they created a custom CAD model based off my preferences and my wedding band that I had already purchased. The ring arrived right on time and was PERFECT! They brought my idea to life while keeping the safety of my stone in mind. The ring also came with an appraisal which was wonderful.
