“Everyone was so friendly and helpful when I walked into Zebra today to get a septum piercing. Dineo had infinite patience as we tried to find just the right jewelry. I was even given a discount because none of the jewelry I liked would work for the actual piercing.
My piercer Lia was also very friendly and supportive throughout the very quick process. I didn’t feel much pain and I’m excited to go back in a few months to get the jewelry that I want once the piercing has healed.”

“My husband’s dream was to one day take me to Shane Co. That dream finally came through after 18 years together. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by the lovely Marissa Jones. We were there for a few hours and she stayed with us throughout our entire experience. Always with a smile on her face. “I was so pleased to find Sophie's jewelry so close to where we live. They had great reviews and explained one of their specialties was restringing necklaces and bracelets. My wife had a silver necklace as a gift from my daughter which a child had broken. I took it down and they did a beautiful job. It's been restrung with a more durable cord and apparently they polished it all up. The price was very very reasonable. I couldn't say enough about this place. They have a beautiful selection of what appears to my eye, custom jewelry.”
“Paul is an exceptional custom jeweler. My wife was recently hospitalized with a life threatening infection. The hospital had to cut her engagement, wedding and anniversary rings. They virtually destroyed the 3 rings, with diamonds removed and the basic rings cut into several pieces. I was not optimistic the rings could be repaired. But Paul and Lauryn did a magnificent job of restoring them back to their original condition, if not better. And the work was completed in less than a week, and at a very reasonable price. My wife and I are extremely pleased. Our 51st anniversary is next week. I couldn’t wait to give it to her. Thank you Paul and Lauryn.”

“I went to Broadway plaza today on a hunt to find a nice gift for my cousin ahead of her birthday lunch and came across Gorjana. I knew about this place as a friend gifted me a pair of earrings & a necklace from here on my birthday (which I wear everyday and was hoping I could gift my cousin a staple jewelry piece from here as well).
When I entered, I was kindly greeted by two young ladies and was very casual and clear about what I was looking for. Jasmine helped me look at the popular gifts that fit with my budget and was quick to answer any questions I had along with pointing me to different pieces that my cousin may like. We went with a necklace & an initial with a heart which was super cute and the price was not bad at all. I was worried at the thought of my cousin not loving the gift, but Jasmine reassured me that we can get her a gift certificate which eased my nerves and helped me follow through without overthinking the transaction.
