“Prestige Autohaus far exceeded my expectations. I made an appointment and they communicated with me throughout the process to confirm the car was received (I dropped car off after hours), when it would be ready, what needed to be done and how much it would cost before they started the work. When I arrived to pick up my car the technician showed me the parts they replaced and clearly pointed out why the original parts were worn. Great people and vefy honest.”

“Mike and the guys are very awesome. I was in a pinch and they helped me real quick. My tire got flat and I called them since I'm very close to them, I asked them if they fix flat tires and they said no but they can check if they can help me. I dropped my car off and they fixed it for me. Definitely my go to guys from now on. These kinds of small businesses makes Walnut Creek a better place. I hope you guys stay in business for long.”

“Jose and Riki found my lug lock key for my BMW even though I could not find it myself — even after calling the dealership. Saved me a round trip tow to the dealership! The online check in and tire purchase was flawless especially since they had my tires in stock for next day. Quick work - great experience!”

“Everyone at this location were super friendly. They helped me and made everything go really smoothly. I was already really stressed out because of how I was treated so poorly at the Brentwood Firestone, and these guys totally made up for it and were amazing. Thanks Walnut Creek! I appreciate you guys!”
