“I have been a loyal customer for WIHA for a long time.Their staff and mechanics are friendly and professional!
They would provide great and HONEST feedbacks. Thats very important because thats what a customer should be told. If there is something that doesn't need immediate attention, they wouldn't just push on it just because of getting that business.
Melody, the service consultant is always the one i go to for help and shes one of the best there! Dont overlook that shes a lady but she's knowledgeable and she knows she stuff. Great lady and she goes out and does extra! This is why my brother and I would take all our cars there for service.
They tend to get very busy the start of the week especially Mondays and Tuesdays so if you are planning to go in, call them ahead of time and make an appointment.”
“Milo really knows what he's doing and he does a great job! We brought in one of the cars because it was leaking coolant and we didn't know why. He diagnosed it and fixed it. He also installed a new car battery and registered it. We were happy with his pricing and his work, as it was cheaper than we expected. Thank you! He took me by surprise when he started speaking Japanese to the owner. “I have an 04 325i bmw and had a fuel pump problem ..went to bmw shop and almost fainted because you have to replace the whole tank which cost about 8k new..my friend referred me to manny and if i can source a good tank will do the ..able to source from ebay with warranty and manny did a high caliber job and at a very reasonable price. “Pete is great! I used to get my "premium" oil changes at Jiffy Lube but didn't know they would use the smallest, cheapest, and worst oil filters for my Audi. These guys showed me what a good filter looks like and removed that cheap one within minutes. They are honest, fast and good people that know European cars like Audi, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes Benz, and know they also work on the Mini. They know a lot about cars and had great discussions about potential issues and knowing how much certain parts cost so I can budget next time. All you need in LA is a good mechanic and Pete is the best.Service: Oil change”

The owner, Joe, is so helpful and kind and very knowledgeable with all types of vehicles and always goes above and beyond to care for my car. His associate, Edward, is also super friendly and great. They have quick turnaround times, too. And the prices are honest and fair. It’s a small ma and pa spot with plenty of repeat customers, and I love giving my business to them. This isn’t like a massive dealership with fancy waiting areas, which are usually unnecessary. There are nearby Starbucks and cafes and restaurants you can easily walk to and wait at while you’re waiting for your car.
