“I had an absolutely amazing experience at Norm Reeves Honda West Covina and honestly couldn’t be happier with both my new Accord and the team that helped me.
John was fantastic from the very beginning. Before I even stepped foot in the dealership, he took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. I had recently had a pretty frustrating experience with another dealership, so I definitely came in with my guard up. John completely changed that. He was friendly, patient, straightforward, and never once made me feel pressured. He listened to what I wanted and kept me updated throughout the process, including while my car was being transported to the dealership. He really made me feel like he was working with me rather than trying to sell me something.
Amer handled the finance and paperwork portion and was absolutely amazing. Anyone who has purchased a car knows that sitting down to sign all the paperwork usually isn’t the fun part lol, but Amer somehow managed to make even that enjoyable. He was incredibly personable, friendly, easy to talk to, and made sure everything was clear and comfortable throughout the process. It genuinely felt more like having a conversation than sitting through a finance appointment.
Nour was the perfect person to finish off an already great experience. She arrived with my car, made sure it was detailed, put on the temporary plates, gassed it up for me, and made sure everything was ready before I left. She was incredibly sweet, friendly, and genuinely seemed excited for me, which made finally getting the keys feel even more special.
The entire experience was a 10/10. There were no games, no unnecessary pressure, and I never felt like anyone was trying to push me into something I didn’t want. I absolutely love my new Accord and feel like I made the right choice not only in the vehicle, but also in the dealership I chose to buy it from.

“I bought a 25 year old Honda Civic for my commute to school and home. I knew the car needed some TLC. I needed a smog check and a couple of shops down I saw Precision Automotive and so glad I found them. Marco and his son Antonio took really good care of a lot, at what I thought to be a fair price. Breaks fixed. Oil change. Fluids flushed. My radiator I found was broken a couple of weeks later we talked about that in keeping an eye on it, and well I didn’t want just anyone to fix it. I knew where to take my car to and that was Precision Automotive in West Covina. I know my car is in the great hands of Marco and Antonio.”

“Honest, helpful, and professional shop. I came in with a small scrape on my Tesla’s front bumper and some fender trim that had popped out a little. They took the time to check it carefully, polished the scuff marks, explained what could be cleaned up, and gave me honest advice instead of trying to upsell me into unnecessary repairs.
I’m a student, and this was my first time dealing with a car scrape, so I was honestly pretty nervous and worried. In my mind, I thought fixing even a small issue like this might cost me almost two weeks of part-time pay. But they were very understanding, kind, and considerate of my situation. They really tried to help me in a reasonable and practical way.
I truly appreciated how warm, patient, and trustworthy they were. I would definitely come back here for future body work and highly recommend this shop.”

“This place is great. My alternator was dead. Fortunately, I was able to make it to Gonzalez Brother’s Auto an hour before they closed on a Saturday afternoon. Luis was a saint and said he would replace it for me, even if he had to stay open later than usual. He made me feel like he really had my back and I drove out of there an hour or so after I dropped it off. I will definitely be going back if I need any additional work done.”
