“5 Stars for service! We were looking to upgrade our karaoke system and have been searching around. Before reaching out to Best Media, we went to a local store in San Gabriel area and were trying to get more info on the new system. All we got from the guy there was this is the unit,do you want to place an order? Of course we left that place. We contacted Best Media and made a appt to stop by their office. Due to the pandemic, they are by appt only. When we arrived, Denny brought us into the show room and sat us down. What he did next surprises us! He spent almost 2 hrs going over every features of the karaoke system and there was no pressure tactics to purchase. Of course we walk out with a brand new Best Media BN5000 system! The 2 hrs Denny spent with us pretty much taught us how to operate the system which prior to that we have no idea what it is! Best service and professionalism. This is the second Best Media Karaoke system i owned. The quality is top notch. Strongly recommend Best Media and Denny for your Karoake needs.”
