“I cannot speak highly enough about Art and his amazing customer service! When our 5 year old Sony 65 inch TV screen went black all of a sudden, I was not sure what to do. I researched ways to resolve the issue, factory reset, etc. I eventually suspected a backlight issue (also indicated by the red light flashing six times) and had scheduled BEST BUY Geek Squad to come out (soonest was over a wee out) and they charge over $100 just for a diagnostic fee. I looked up some local places and saw that Art's TV repair was close to home and had AMAZING REVIEWS! I saw it was closed early that Saturday morning and even though I called an hour before opening, Art answered and had me text him the model number. He had me come over the same day within an hour and when I got there he helped me get it out of the car and after we got it in his shop, he walked me through every detail of his process and was able to confirm the backlight issue within minutes. He replaced all fo the LED strips in under two hours and I had my TV back home working like a charm in no time. I am so grateful for business people like Art, who CARE about the customer experience and take the time to explain things and make you feel cared for. He has been in business over 40 years. If you have a TV, record player, VHS, computer or other device that needs some TLC, look no further than ART. My family are happy campers.?

“David an amazing is IT tech. This is my second iMac and it was slowing down so took it to HQ computers to get cleaned up. David. did advise that I had 4 gigs and if would change it to 16 gigs upgrade it computer will work faster and will ask last another 8 years after a few days with that I took it back and did what he recommended in my computers amazing fast. I will definitely recommend Dave from HQ computers and will continue go to get my computer fixed if any issues.”

There had been some attempt by the company that disassembled it to label cables but they were confusing and not complete. We have multiple applications including surround sound. Mark is exceptional. “Extremely Fast Service and Reasonable Prices. A lot of repair shops either had long queues or couldn't repair what I had (two 3DSes). However, Angel repaired things perfectly and even did extra touch ups that improved the system further. The repairs were done in 2 days. Support this store!”
“I recently got water damage on my MacBook and urgently needed to have the inside cleaned to give it the best chance of survival. I decided to go to Alice Computerworks because they don’t require reservations, and I didn’t have to wait or go through the lengthy procedures you get at the Apple Genius Bar. I brought my laptop in, and within an hour they had cleaned the inside of my MacBook. The service was super fast and the people there were very helpful.
If your laptop ever suffers water damage, I highly recommend bringing it here so you can get it looked at immediately. Even if the damage is severe and parts need replacing, they can handle the repairs and even help communicate with Apple, so you don’t have to worry about it yourself.”

“ook my laptop in yesterday (2/29). I had a problem with the AC jack, a part had fallen out of it years ago and I was finally attempting to revive it. I brought it in, and right away the owner could see what the problem was. I got a text later that day saying that it would be available the next day (3/1). I texted back in the early afternoon confirming if it was ready and it was!
Obviously, whether your laptop is ready the next day depends on what you need to fix it and whether or not they have the part for it. If I have any future laptop or computer issues, The Laptop Experts will be the first place I go. A very good first impression!”
“If you are looking for classic arcade game repair, honesty, reliability, accountability, great customer service, with expertise to match, congratulations, you've found the leprechaun at the end of the rainbow in John and PNL. He was able to get my classic Super Ms. Pacman game up and running again while saving me the unnecessary burden of being taken advantage as an unknowing customer. Through his expert trouble shooting, he was able to pinpoint the problem within my game at a price that is beyond reasonable. He honored both his word and his warranty with no hesitation.
