“This is my go-to UPS store. Also, it's a great place to have your fingerprints done through live scan. Chris and Landry were there to help me and they were just so professional, efficient and kind. I avoid coming here during the week though, because there is one worker named Elizabeth who is just so extremely rude, i'd rather just avoid dealing with her entirely so I don't come during the week when she works. It's a shame because I'm not sure if stores realize that one bad worker can really affect business. There used to be a UPS store on telegraph and Painter that went out of business, and I'm quite certain it was due to the unprofessional woman that used to run it.”

“Shipped internationally to mexico Sonny was amazing! Assisted me from the boxing to the address to making sure my package was on it's correct route ! At some point my box reached its destination and was on hold due to holidays and he was able to look into it and kept me updated until my package was delivered to my loved ones! “Came here on Sunday 10-15-23 because I had called around to find a place for live scan fingerprints. Most business are not open for live scan on Sundays (which I had looked online two location that advertised they were open Sunday for fingerprints and they were not .) so after seeing online postal annex in yorba Linda was open I called and to my surprise they did do livescan that day. I quickly rushed down and met Leah . She was so sweet and nice . Made the process so easy. Along with other services this store offer's, shipping, notary, fingerprints and making keys! I'm definitely coming back .”

“I want to start by saying that my experience at this location has always been great! Always quick and staff is usually friendly.I went in a week before Christmas to print nice labels for all of my gifts. I spent almost $20 on some Avery labels. There were 12 sheets and I was going to use 10 of them to make mine and my brothers kids labels for Christmas gifts for work and their classes. I had to email the files to their store email. I did so and called to confirm they got it and came in. I was helped by Arthur. It wasn't my first time being helped by him, but I usually just have Amazon returns. He is usually a more straight faced person when I come in but I don't really mind as my transaction is always quick. This time, I came in to make these labels and my experience was very different. I told him that I always do a test on a piece of paper and write an X on it and sent through printer to ensure we know how to enter the label papers in the feed and print on the right side. He assured me that if he used the side tray, it bypasses any other print job and he's done it before. He sent the fist one through and it prints on the wrong side. That's a waste of a sheet . All he said was " well that's a first." He never apologized and just tried to hand it back to me. I was like oh ok I guess you can trash it. Now we know how we need to enter it so a few others were printed. Then he printed one of the files twice. That was a waste of another page of labels and I had none left to make if I needed more. Printing all the files took about 45 min. When I went to pay I asked him if he could give me a discount for his errors and waste of my product/time. He said "Unfortunately not." I mean, it was only about $8 but it was the principle. I tried to tell myself it's Christmas time and maybe he was just having a bad day because I am sure it's super busy this time of year for them. By the next day, I was still upset at how he handled the situation and how he his demeanor wasn't empathic so I decided to write the store.I am glad to say that the owner Hanswahini Kumar called me right away, but I was at work. They emailed me, apologized for my experience, and refunded me for my print job. I appreciate the owner making wrongs right. I will keep this as my home store. Thanks, Hanswahini.”

“This is an amazing UPS store. I needed to ship out some items through UPS and randomly found this place. Generally I do not write a review for a quick 5 minute interaction, but the service was so phenomenal I had to make sure to drop a quick review. Robert was extremely friendly as soon as I entered the store and even helped me with some boxes I had in my car. I've dropped off many packages before at other shipping businesses and the employees will just watch you struggle and hold the door open with your foot while carrying an arm full of boxes into the store... Not this place! I felt like I was VIP or a regular customer. I also had alot of questions from tracking to shipping options and Robert was patient and friendly throughout the entire interaction.
