The representative that helped me was able to figure out a mailing address that I needed because Verizon wasn’t helpful but he was able to figure it out fast and efficiently. They were also very kind and offered my kids some stickers. These two gentlemen deserve a raise for their awesome customer service!!!”

There usually isn't a long wait and I find the workers to be efficient and friendly. At another UPS store, which I will not name, the lines are often long and the workers take a long time on one customer. That isn't necessarily the worker's fault, but it's still an inconvenience and happens often. So, I highly recommend this UPS store.”

Box here, and I’ve never had any issues receiving my mail. My only complaint is about getting your passport renewed. If you need a passport photo, I highly recommend getting it taken somewhere else—preferably at a place that specializes in professional passport photos. 😂 The ugly passport photo they took of me is going to follow me around for the next 10 years! I’m honestly embarrassed to travel with it. LOL. Other than that, my passport renewal process went very smoothly.”
