“My visits at this location is always pleasant. Yuri the manager is great at customer service care. I came in a couple of times to make last minute copies and notarizations, and Yuri took great care of my paperwork! No long lines, and short wait for services. I recommend this place to anyone!”

“Diamond Bar Mail N More provides excellent, professional, fast and very affordable services. Whenever I mail my packages across the U.S. and locally, Calvin makes sure to find the best packaging, and specific shipping categorization to maximize the speed of delivery while keeping the cost at a great deal. They provide mailboxes, notary services, copying and printing. When I was down on my luck and out of a job Calvin helped me print and customize my resumes and guerrilla marketing materials. I got a job with AAA shortly after. If you want the best one stop shop for business products and services stop by Diamond Bar Mail n More and see Calvin. He’s an amazing expert and you’ll like what you get. I guarantee it. - Kevin Lim”

“It's heartwarming to hear about your positive experiences with the family-operated business and their attentive service. Building a relationship with a local business where the staff knows you and your preferences can make all the difference in the quality of service you receive. It seems that their personal touch and willingness to go the extra mile with package handling and communication have earned your trust and loyalty. Your recommendation of iPostal for its friendly service and reasonable pricing adds to the sense of community and support that small businesses thrive on. It's these kinds of interactions and services that not only satisfy customers but also create a strong, lasting bond with the community.”

“The supervisor is very helpful and kind, she responds to clients’ concerns and questions promptly. The people under her can be unprofessional and rude sometimes, however, she will take appropriate steps and actions accordingly. Not the most customer friendly staff at the window, so you are pretty much at their mercy and remember to remain polite.”
