I don't get how USPS raises shipping rates multiple times a year, yet the back always runs out of equipment and closes much earlier than the posted 4pm (which used to be 5:00)

During my multiple visits to the local USPS post office (at the counter near the main entrance) to ship packages, I have encountered an Asian female employee whose attitude is extremely poor. She often handles customers’ packages roughly, speaks in a cold tone, and shows clear impatience. When I ask for a receipt, she even rolls her eyes or glares at me aggressively, muttering things like, “Why do you need a receipt?” As someone who ships frequently due to work, I feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. I sincerely hope USPS will take steps to improve the service attitude of its staff. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in the U.S.

I live in City of Walnut since 1997; this Post Office clerks are serving with bad attitude ever since and this Post Office managers knew it all but do nothing to improve this bad customer service issue. I always try to avoid personal contact over the counter unless it is necessary like my street central mailbox is broken for over 10 days and I have to go into this post office to pick up my mail today. Unsurprisingly, they gave me a bad attitude to pick up my own mails that were not delivered for over 10 days even though there were no customer in the lobby this morning, and they were eating their snacks while talking with me. Ms/Mrs Lan, you will not last long if you work for private sectors with your rude, unprofessional, and bad customer service attitude like you are today.

They gave me wrong information after I came asking about a missed zip code on an international package, I felt like I was given a fast answer just to move me along. Yes they'll take your packages to mail quickly and sell you stamps but asking them for more information is very hard.

Even if you come to handle some simple things, they make you wait for nearly an hour. Their efficiency is too poor.

All you get is the automated BS and never get an Agent NEVER get a return call. My package keeps getting returned to sender for incomplete address but it's the correct address and never had the issue before only with this one vendor. SCAM and the USPS will not help out money and no one will help. PURE BS!!~

An Asian waiter had a terrible attitude, spoke in a condescending tone, and was very impatient. I don't know why such a person can still stay in the service position.

Called out of state in regards to package information and all I got was a rude condescending worker who was rushing to end things on the phone. If you can't handle customer inquiries or anything related to customer service, maybe find another job. I didn't say anything rude or bad for them to have this attitude.

google says it closes at 5pm.The sign in the shop also says it closes at 5pm. But the staff said they stopped taking packages by mail at 4:40pm.Arrogant staff.

the worst post office in socal! the workers don't know what to do, give attitude, get the big boss Juanita and she rolls out and doesn't know the policy's of her own post office!
I will be tracking my package very carefully as I believe the worker that took it threw it away!
Juanita mentioned to me that talking to me "was like talking to a wall". See other reviews on yelp! so accurate! she really is "oscar the grouch" here. poorly run, and terrible customer service. This post office may be closed soon.

The supervisor (mean old Vietnam lady) here is super rude, been seeing her here for the last 10years and always like that, good thing I am moving away
