“I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and I hate going to other shops! Cam & Alec are super friendly and every time I go we end up in conversations, I typically go on my lunch break so it’s nice feeling like I can forget about work for a little. I love Cam’s cat! Both are great employees! A couple of weeks ago I finally met the owner Rome and really appreciated our conversation also. Everyone here has great customer service unlike many shops I’ve been to. Greatest staff I've encounter in a smoke shop environment, the owner, Tony, was a pleasure to meet and was extremely hospitable to me for a first time customer, the store is clean and organized and I thought the prices for their imported snacks was very fair. They have a huge selection of products at low prices. But what I liked the most was he was willing to take the time to explain the products and he suggested I try one product and he kindly gave me another one to try for free in case the one I purchased didn't help. I will be going to smoke rings 4 from now one for future purchases.”
“Been going there for years, the employees are cool compared to most other Smoke-shops, it’s nice that they are open late and have a rewards system for discounts and accessories. They have a good variety but no dry herb vaporizers. I had a defective bong but “all sales are final even if it’s defective”, got 35% off on a different bong but I rather just been able to swap it out so that the manufacturer knows where to improve their products.”
