He has the best customer service, very polite, friendly man and he fixed my necklace in less than 10 minutes, while many other jewelry stores said they would take a week to repair. I was honestly very impressed with his customer service and his friendly demeanor. He even shaved off a broken piece so it wasn’t sharp, which he went the extra way to do. The place is also very clean. Joshua saved my day. He saved me so much time and I’m able to now use my necklace. His prices were great as well. I am honestly really impressed. Thank you Joshua for making this happen so quickly.”

“First time here was a year or two ago (I think) where I brought my aunt who wanted to get her bracelet fixed. We went in with the understanding we’d be paying but when as we were leaving our information they told us it was fixed and it was no charge. They were so nice and I liked their honesty.
Fast forward to present, my mom and I went to the mall and stopped by just to look. I saw a ring I liked and put it on layaway, then we learned we could sell jewelry.
Came back a couple days later w my mom to sell some jewelry and get some pieces resized/fixed. Everyone there was so patient and nice with us. Was able to get the ring I had put on layaway, got a ring resized, and my mom had some jewelry fixed! Me and my family will definitely be back! Loved their service and quality work”

But they checked the other stores and I had to drive to South Coast plaza to get the size I needed and it was the only store that had it in stock and I received some excellent customer service!”
