Are so helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are a satisfied Customer. They even called their other store to bring us what we wanted And the product was here in matter of minutes.
Which avoided us to go out of our way. Prices Are Very reasonable. Ask for Edwin or Byron for excellent service. Employee Melissa was so friendly and Knowledgeable as well.”

“Great price for fuel. Long lines but they usually move fast. Sometimes there are people who aren't aware, not considerate or not prepared. One lady was behind me and we both drove up to the pumps and she sat in her car talking on the phone just sitting in front of the pump. Instead of getting out of the car to put fuel in her car, she sat in the car while talking on the phone not pumping any gas into her car. By the time I was almost finished she was just getting out of the car to put fuel in her car. Glad I was in front of her and not behind her. Some people are just oblivious it seems. If you go super early in the morning and time it right when not too many cars there, you can just drive up to a pump.”
“I love my Costco. They are about one hundred dollars cheaper for an ounce of gold! Great, quality too! Get yours too, here soon! Call ahead to be sure it's in the store.
Fyi...Online, it's more expensive than if you just walk in. So call the admin desk at the store before you go, to see if/when they will have their stock in. It sells out pretty quick!”

“Called over the phone for some tires for my mini Cooper. Was surprise with how professional and kind the person was. They immediately took my car in and was able to have everything fixed and completed in just a span of about 2 hours. Highly recommend coming here for tires nothing really compares to their warranty as well as their service Great job.”

“Price was $4.85 when I went, but the lines were minimal for a Thursday after 5 p.m. which I'm not used to. Most times the lines are insane to get gas at a Sam's club, but this location is kind of hidden. Definitely worth it for the lack of a wait.”
“Costco Gas Station is still the cheapest gas around and I mean that in price as for its gasoline, it is a top-tier high-quality gasoline. The station in the city of Industry has great customer service Enrique one of the attendants is courteous and kind and very helpful in helping his customers. I come here once a week to fill up my high-performance vehicle with premium gas. I also fill up another vehicle once a week, so I do like saving money. I recommend this establishment to those who want to save money and at the same time have great customer service.
Update 4-3-2024 I am back at Costco gas for another refill and as of yet haven’t found a cheaper price in gas. As with today, the customer service was great Bianca was kind courteous, and helpful and I appreciate that in a business. The gas line might be long at times but in my opinion is worth the wait, I hear though that they’re redoing the gas station soon and putting in more pumps in line with other Costco gas stations. We would surely appreciate that now only if they would install security surveillance cameras in their parking lots in line with the other big retailers for the safety of customers and employees alike.”
“Great place to get Gasoline.
One hack is their roasted chicken legs quarter. It is from the leftover roast chicken from previous night. It's also $4.99 per box. They use the breast for salad.
But it sold out quickly, don't bother to ask the deli employee. If it's not out, someone else already picked it up.”
“I love this Sam's, or Sam's club overall. Why you ask?? Well because they have self check outs and also the app that makes it so much easier to just grab your items and go. If you haven't got the app go get it! Plus they have the sushi place inside the club and they have delicious fresh rolls. The employees are really nice and on top of it, helping you if you are looking for a certain item and also their returns are so quick, but there are huge lines at times, that's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars but overall great store. oooh the deli I forgot to say they also work with the app, so you can just order ahead and the food is ready and also have items on the side so you can grab and pay”

It's cheap, the portions are generous, and the chicken breast tastes better than the Costco salad. bacon. tomato. Lettuce. cheese. Eggs and other foods are very nutritious. It's enough to feed 3 people for about $10.”
“I come here for all my crystal needs. I make candles and have a crystal in each of them. This place is amazing they have so many types of crystals . The staff is super nice and have much information on the candles. They have sales going on for the holidays .”
“What I really liked about Walters was the web site. We needed a landscape transformer right away - the contractor was onsite - and they were hard to find, sold out everywhere I looked. Our contractor steered us away from the transformers at the big box home stores, he said he's had problems with quality in the past. So I searched online. In this instance, Amazon did not come through, anything good was going to take at least a couple of days for delivery, and appeared to be drop-shipped from other vendors. Walters has a bunch of locations in the Los Angeles area. I went on their web site, found what I needed... and of course it was out of stock locally. But the web site listed other locations and the stock at each, very clearly. This feature on the Walters web site is superior to Home Depot and Lowe's web sites, where they restrict information, making it hard to find stock quantities at multiple locations. Long story shortened... I bought a nice 300-watt low voltage transformer at 10 o'clock at night and picked it up the next day. It was a bit of a drive but we got it. The price was not discounted, if I had more time I could have searched for a discount on something of similar quality, which I may or may not have found. When the contractor saw it he said, "that's a good one." So all-in-all a positive experience.”

“Great experience with Joey at the front desk. Came in this am to drop off a tire that had a nail and was getting it patched. There was already a bunch of people from appointments, walk ins, dead batteries, phone constantly ringing. The printer also didn't work this am. The Costco tire center here is always busy. Joey did a wonderful job navigating everything”
“Needed a new battery. Sam’s Club was the least expensive for a quality battery. Nice and knowledgeable employees. There was no one at the desk, so we waited for someone to appear. It took a long time. When it was our turn, the employee was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He checked our old battery and showed us the options they had for a new one.
They told us that it would take 90 minutes, so we went to the food court. Our new battery was installed within 30 minutes. We were so happy.
While we were finishing the paperwork, I noticed that they also install windshield wipers, free. So, the tech came out to my vehicle with us and installed the windshield wipers I had recently purchased.
Before he finished, he looked at my tires. The radials were showing through on the front. This scared me. I so appreciate the efficiency of the employee who helped us.
I just wish they had an employee working at the check-in desk.”
