“My wife and I stayed here last weekend. She loved the decore , we loved the hottub and it is located very central to everywhere we wanted to be.
That alone would earn them a 5 star review HOWEVER I left my 49ers watch hanging on the lamp! I can't believe I did that.
They text me and let me know when I was already on my way home. I figured I would have to drive back the next weekend.
The very next day they reminded me and also offered to mail it.
It cost me $9.75 (what the post office charged) and sent it :)
Starting with the housekeeper that found it and didn't keep it to the the office staff and manager that mailed it I feel they went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty to help me out.
My wife and I will definitely be staying here again!!!

“Stayed over memorial day weekend. The gentleman who checked us in and also spoke to us during breakfast is VERY courteous and welcoming. Hard to find that these days. Good service. Good breakfast. My room was clean enough. Room interior in acceptable condition for the price. My only real complaint was please you guys should change the curtains out because ours wreaked of cigarette smoke and were stained 🫣 but this was not enough of a problem for me to complain. It felt homey and comfortable during my stay.”
“It was only a week ago when I first entered this Apt. complex, which is dated 1911 when built or was the ground breaking year for this then grand hotel and talked to Patti the Manager, about renting there and today I signed a lease. I am happy!”

“Checked in super late and the guy was so so so so nice and helpful and chill. In the morning I asked the front desk to freeze some ice packs I had before I leave, and the kind lady was super helpful. She also filled my water bottle for the trip. All in all anyone from the staff I approached in the few hrs I spent there were genuinely helpful and kind. Thank you
