“Computer Solutions and David were very helpful in getting my iPad up and running. After taking it to an Apple Store and getting the bad news it would cost just as much to fix my pad as it would to buy a new one, I wasn’t ready to give up on it quite yet. That’s when I looked up iPad repair services near me and Computer Solutions came up with some already good reviews. And the reviews were all spot on! Not only did David get my iPad to work but I didn’t have to take out a small loan to get it fix! I will definitely be taking my computer needs to David and will tell friends and family to also give David and Computer Solutions a chance!”

“I wanted to take a moment to share a really positive experience I had at the T-Mobile store yesterday. I stopped by right around closing time, and even though it was late and they were getting ready to shut down, the team there went above and beyond to help me. They never rushed me or made me feel like an inconvenience, which I truly appreciated.
One of the employees, a guy with black hair (I didn’t catch his name), was incredibly smart and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I fully understood my options before making any decisions. It’s not every day you come across someone who is both that skilled and genuinely willing to help.
There was also another team member wearing a hat who I believe may have been the manager. He stepped in and helped out as well, making sure everything was handled smoothly. You could tell he really cared about both his team and the customers, and his support made the whole experience even better.
Overall, I left the store feeling very satisfied and grateful for the excellent customer service I received. Both employees showed professionalism, teamwork, and a great attitude, especially at the end of a long day. Please make sure they are recognized for their outstanding service—they truly made a lasting impression.”
“I broke my phone on Saturday. On Sunday I stopped in the metro pcs in Salinas and the guy there really seemed as though he didn't want to help us. On our way home we stopped by this metro pcs and Ahmed took such great care of us. He answered my questions with clarity. He helped me get the replacement I was looking for. He is very personable and made us feel appreciated as customers. I wanted to take the survey that corp sends out but that didn't come through properly so this is the best I can do.

“I Have gotten wall chargers for about 6 bucks, which is amazing considering phone companies sell them for $29 to $39 bucks. A while back, I bought a otter box for 20 bucks, those go for about 70 bucks elsewhere. Talk about good discounts!
Needless to say, owner and his family are very friendly and polite.”

“Spectrum, and particularly this store, have been the best experience I've had in 30+ years of pagers, cellphones, and internet service.
The cell coverage is great! As good as Verizon (obviously) for like 1/3 the price.
Home internet is great, and I'm in a pretty rural spot.
But the store is really why I'm here. Every interaction I've had in the store has been smooth and pleasant. The staff are always courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I've recommended Spectrum to many friends and family specifically because of the reasons I've laid out above. Great cell coverage, great home internet, great prices, and most importantly, great service.”
