“I had to drive 45 minutes to get to this CVS because my normal one (Felton) kept delaying my refill with no explanation. Every day the status said that I could pick it up tomorrow. After missing 5 days, I was getting bent. Not only did this CVS have my medication in stock, they filled it for me with just a few hours notice. This was also the first CVS I've been to that actually had/used an express pickup lane, which was nice. I was able to skip ahead of about 10 people and didn't need to give multiple signatures. Just scanned the barcode on the app and I was in and out very quickly. I don't know why the Felton one can't do the same. They always make me sign multiple times even though my signature and payment method are already set in the app.”
“My first time picking up a prescription at this location. It turned out not to be as simple as I expected. Lupita was great to work with. She was super quick, and also thorough and friendly. The pharmacist (I didn't catch her name) took time to understand the issues and figure out a solution. All the staff seemed to be working diligently.”
