“Close by and courteous. Air pump may or may not work properly. Prices are moderate if compared to others, all gas prices are outrageous currently. A plus is their automatic car wash. Often their do it yourself window washing has dirty water & is missing the wiper.”

“Of all the CVS pharmacies I have dealt with, this one was by far the most professional, and just plain kind. The store was clean and the pharmacy tech that helped me was efficient and concerned. It was a real pleasure.”

“People are People sure sometimes the workers can seem unconcerned with the sensativities of most people and thats probubly because people have lives besides their customer service jobs. They are a gas station and one of the cheapest in towns GIVE CREDIT WHERE ITS DUE. Stop drinking your haterade everyone and pump your gas im sure the workers dont like dealing with you just as much as you dont like dealing with them. Betty is beast”

“You know, this isn't the worst place that I have ever been. There might be homeless people in the parking lot, but as long as you keep to yourself and walk quickly in and out of the store you should be fine. My family came here like at 8 pm one night at got flu shots and we all survived. Walking in groups is never a bad thing! What are you dong down here late at night anyways? Go home. The community should be happy that this store is still open.”

“Other than the one time frustrating experience, the pharmacy always gets my medications correct and I opted in to get text messages which enables me to get a link to get my prescriptions delivered. I prepay online when my insurance doesn't cover it all. Yes, the pharmacy lines are long and i try to prepare a lot of time when I do go into the store or make sure i have no plans after. However I think all the bad reviews regarding long lines should not be directed at CVS; the U.S. healthcare system is so inefficient, and those are the issues we should be talking about. I am grateful that CVS provides the medications I need when I need them, and i'm sorry that others have not been able to get the prescriptions when they did.”

“7-Eleven. The trusty Go-To Convenience Store for quick food and snacks, beverages, fuel and more. The name 7-Eleven is derived from their hours - 7am to 11pm, seven days a week. However a lot of 7-Eleven stores, including this one are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. One aspect that is consistent among all 7-Eleven stores is there's always a self-serve soda fountain, self-serve coffee station, and of course the iconic self-serve frozen drink: The SLURPEE®. Their most popular menu items include: the SLURPEE® drink, the BIG GULP® and now something called the BIG BITE®. They have pretty much everything you need here when on the go. They don't call it a convenience store for nothing. Sure the prices of snacks and alcohol beverages can be a bit on the high side when compared to other stores, but you are paying for the convenience of picking up something quickly while you fuel up your vehicle or if you simply do not have the time to wait in a line at a grocery store or big box store. You are not here for the quantity and you certainly aren't here for the quality. In my 20's this was my go-to-place for a cheap and quick cup of coffee. They had so many flavors of creamers and a variety of marginally decent Colombian coffee. However I was there the other day and the coffee was just okay. Not as much selection as I once remembered and pretty pricey when I could easily get a cup of coffee for a $1.00 at the McDonald's across the street from them. I occasionally like going here when the gasoline is not priced too high and for the occasional, just-for-fun lottery ticket. I have had luck with the lottery tickets I've purchased from here. I'm not a hard-core gambler but I like to buy a lottery ticket on occasion. About half of the lottery tickets I've purchased from here are winning tickets. I'm talking about a couple bucks winnings here and there and/or a free ticket. Like I said it's just-for-fun. I have noticed that a lot of people purchase lottery tickets here so I believe the odds of winning are raised due to the high volume of lottery ticket purchases. The last time I was there I noticed that they are taking the "convenience" aspect of their store to the next level by stocking their store with gifts like flowers, stuffed animals, and toys for a special someone that you just didn't have the time to purchase a well thought out gift for. This store has a selection of sandwiches, snacks, and even pizza but I don't trust the freshness of the refrigerated and "hot" food served here. They try to sell them off with really good deals but it's still not enough to entice me. There is a "RedBox" DVD rental machine outside of this 7-Eleven as well as propane for sale. There also an ATM inside. This 7-Eleven is situated on a very busy corner of the number one shopping center in the small town of Watsonville. It also appears that despite the "no loitering" signs, it is a hangout for the homeless. So be prepared to encounter someone asking for money. The staff are okay customer service-wise. Keeping in mind the volume of business and the riff-raff that hangs out nearby, I say that they are doing their best in a unpleasant situation and busy location. The cleanliness of the store is also questionable. I always see the floor dirty and scuffed up but as mentioned earlier, it is a busy store and is always open so there is not a whole lot of time for deep cleaning. Despite all the aforementioned negatives, I think that it is one of the better 7-Elevens. If not for the lottery tickets.”

“Really great 7-11! The workers were very nice and welcoming! Picked up some stuff to go with my lunch after skydiving. They have a ton of different stuff. Of course, got more than needed for another time. What was needed, fruit cup and chips to go with a wrap I have from yesterday. Bought Flamin hot asteroids. Hotter the better! Also bought some pop-tarts for a different day. Never saw the flavor before. Half drizzled cheesecake and half frosted strawberry. Yum! Veggie straws for a different time too! Great music playing too! Really great service and a bunch of great stuff! Highly recommended!”

“Needed some supplies at hotel and this was closest option. When interacting with Balwinder, the man behind the counter, he seemed to have the charisma of a wounded badger. However I think he undercharged me for wine so all is forgiven. To be fair, I went into this establishment looking for cheap wine, not customer service, and that was accomplished! 5 stars!”
