“I took a 35-year old color negative from my wedding day there to be scanned so I could replace the very faded wedding picture that’s been hanging on our wall for 30+ years. Mike helped me and after the scan we done, together we sat down at a computer there and color-corrected the digital image. My wife and I are thrilled with the result.”

“Can't wait to open up the project they did for me. They scanned an old photograph, digitally enhanced it, sharpened it improving contrast, black levels and deepened colors. If it's anything like the wrapping job it's gonna be FANTASTIC!”

The Postal Annex team are professional, knowledgeable, kind and supportive. They pack a punch!”

“I do work for a family who owns a small business. Printing an array of high quality, premium prints is a huge staple of my responsibilities. Rather it is postcards, brochures, stickers or any other type of program material needed for the business, Trula has shown consistently overtime to be the person to handle the job. Not only is the quality of her product the highest caliber in town, after many price comparisons, Sentinel Printers not only has the best offer in Santa Cruz, but across the internet as well. She has shown time and time again to be extremely flexible and kind for the many years the family has valued her trust. I highly recommend this as your go-to printing service.”

“I rarely like to make a complaint, but the owner of this business is a huge hypocrite! I started talking to I believe his name is Kit on December 20th asking him to make me 1000 hats. I have messaged him over six times with no response back. As a professional business I think this way of operating is Hurtful to the consumer! My last message to Sample Customs was-”

“The workers are great! They help where they are allowed and try what they can Im actually laughing at some of these reviews, these people arnt live customer service reps for lost packages. They box, and do printing orders. The drivers are responsible for delivery, not them. I can say every employee is calm, collected, and nice. Let them go on about their day. If you dont like it, just go use USPS or UPS guys. You come back because they’re actually nice and care.”

“I went to the ups store today in Watsonville for a notoriety service and had such a wonderful experience, I would like to thank Sofia for her kindness and positive attitude. She was extremely helpful and patient, she was also working alongside her positive coworker that cheerfully greeted us when we walked in. It shocks me that anyone would ever have anything negative to say about this wonderful establishment. I have never had a negative experience at the Watsonville location thanks again for all your help with all my shipping needs and Amazon returns! 5 stars all day everyday”
