Aside from that the policies and restrictions are odd for being harsher than other banks. The service is still every bit as amazing as it was when it was the Scott Valley Bank.”

“I have been banking with Banner for about 10 years now (give or take) and this branch is by far the best bank I have ever worked with! They are always there to help! We even call them instead of the 1800 number for help with certain questions and they are always ready and willing to help and not pass me off to the 800 number. I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Selena! She is my favorite person there! She is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and always wears such a kind smile! There have been times that I've thought about changing to a larger bank but Selena and the Mount Shasta branch are what keeps me banking with Banner!”

“I can't get my online banking working on my phone. I took it to the bank and finally got it working but as soon as I came home, nothing. However they are very kind and understanding about this problem and told me to come back in to " fix" it again. Clearly this isn't this branches mess it's the main banking offices. I'm certainly not going complain about this personal bank as I find them great in every way. Very pleased with Tri County bank ,Weed Ca.”
