We even call them instead of the 1800 number for help with certain questions and they are always ready and willing to help and not pass me off to the 800 number. I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Selena! She is my favorite person there! She is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and always wears such a kind smile! There have been times that I've thought about changing to a larger bank but Selena and the Mount Shasta branch are what keeps me banking with Banner!”

“I have been banking with Tri County’s bank for around twenty years or so! In every single branch weather i know them or not. I’m treated as a human being. They also greet me as if i am a friend. Not like many other banks. On some occasions when i need to go to a bank and happen to go to not a TRI County’s bank it is automated that’s before you even get a glimpse of a human being! I am so disgusted with this computer crap! This isn’t going to end well for us. For right now i am and have been so pleased and happy with the team at the Weed California Branch! They actually care and have genuine respect for every single person who walks into their bank! Thank you to the Weed California Branch for all you do for people! You guys rock!”
