“Ace truly is the helpful place. Was in there twice recently for some water feature parts (pump, etc), both times close to closing, unfortunately. The first time the guy was helpful enough and found me what should have been the correct equipment, but, unfortunately one piece was not the right size (to fit my existing installed tubing, not the stores fault). Was able to sort everything out on the second visit and get the right part even though it gave us all some difficulty finding exactly what I needed and kept the employees there past close (sorry guys!). That above and beyond behavior earns my respect, customer loyalty and this review though - I appreciate the dedicated assistance. All in all, always had a pleasant experience at Ace , and the staff in general have always been super helpful. Bill, the GM, is also a very nice guy. 5 stars ?”
“I have been so happy with the paint department! I love the whole store, but the paint staff are great, the colors are true, and I really appreciate that they save the colors in your account, which makes touch ups so easy! Plus I never escape the kitchen section without finding something handy.”
“Our washer stopped spinning the clothes. The washer/dryer in our home might have been there since it was built, so we decided to replace them rather than repair them. We went to Solano's and were happy to see a number of machines with a variety of features. The salesman, Jacques, assisted us. He is quite knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. We didn't have to wait very long for delivery, and found the delivery men were friendly and fun to chat with. They connected the new machines up and tested them. The took away the old machines, overall the entire process was quite easy. The machines are great and we are very happy with them.”
