“No one anticipates an accident, but if you are like me (a pretty good driver who hadn't been in an accident~20years) I was so scared of navigating the insurance, where to go to get my car fixed, or what was I going to drive to work?!? Blanca at Sneider's was the first person I was in contact with after a referral from my mechanic. I called my insurance and thank God they approved me to go here. Luis (go Niners!) helped me and answered all my questions and concerns and Veronica called me and updated me EVERY DAY!!! This staff is hard working, polite and understanding! We ran Into a few problems since since the manual was obtained after the fact and not very clear. They were willing to work through the issues professionally and did clean work installing the unit. I feel like they went above and beyond. These guys have earned my future business.”
“amazing customer service provided by both Joe and Rosie. brought my car in for a dent in my front left fender because someone hit it in a parking lot. as soon as i brought it in, they inspected it and 2 weeks later it was done. got the job done fast with amazing quality. they even washed my car snd cleaned the interior. great service and quality. i plan to return eventually and repaint my whole car :)”
