“AMAZING TEAM!! Let me start by recognizing Luis in getting to my vehicle quickly and giving me details on add On’s/sales. Unfortunately the vehicle wasn’t what I expected regarding size for my kids but the next day Leo was just awesome. He was able to assist me with exchanging it for a higher vehicle for me and he took that extra initiative to ensure I was happy. I needed it for an extra day which the customer service agent was not helpful but when I spoke to another Luis he took care of me. I am beyond grateful and thankful for this amazing team. “Well I went back to rent a car at enterprise rent a car in Covina and I asked for Tracy and she was busy with a customer so I delt with someone else and he took the keys from me and then tried helping someone else at the same time he was trying to help me so after a few minutes go by someone else finished what the other guy trying to do? And then I saw Tracy saw free and told what happened? And that's why I deal with Tracy cause she is great at her job!!! I'm not picky but I just wanted to return the rental and pick up my truck from the shop and go to work and not be late for work!!!”

“I've used Enterprise at this location several times over the years with mixed results. However today's encounter was exceptional. My daughter was renting associated with an insurance claim. Manager Goef was professional friendly and turned us over to Brianna. Brianna was exceptional, patiently giving us all our options, she was engaging without trying to sell us something we don't need. We were in and out with a BMW in less than a half hour. Customer service was outstanding. Thank you Goef and Bri!!!!”

“My first time renting a car from this location. I discovered that they are both Avis and Budget. I booked the night before, and they have inventory to provide me with a car in the morning. They were able to give me a car that I like, and it was very clean. There was no smell inside the car. The staff was not as friendly, and he seemed to be in a rush with me. When he handed me the car keys, he told me that “all the damages were noted, and you are all set.” When I walked to the car, I saw quite a number of scratches, so I did not feel comfortable. I walked back to the office, and requested a walk through with another staff. She is very patient, and noted all the damages with me, which I appreciated. I was supposed to return my car at 11:30, but I was running behind. I called and asked if I can drop off the rental at 12:30pm. Another staff approved it.Took 1 star off because of my experience when I was picking up my car. Otherwise, good experience overall.”

“What a wonderful experience! I must highlight Henry and Kelsie. I got in a bad accident before new years and had to rent a car the same day I got in an accident. I was still in shock from the accident, and was frantically trying to find an enterprise that had an economy car available. None did, except this location. It was 10 minutes to closing and Henry waited passed closing for me to arrive so that I could get the car. He didn’t have to do that, but he did and I hope many good things come his way!Kelsie helped me close my agreement out after I dropped the car off and she was unbelievably kind to me. She genuinely asked me how I was doing and checked in. She made the process great and ensured I only got charged for the days I had my car. Thank you so much Kelsie !”

The customer service was truly excellent, with a receptionist who was absolutely lovely. Although the car I initially rented wasn't available, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to the minivan I had always wanted. I was looking to buy a car from Avis a month ago and the process and the service from the car sales people was less than pleasant. However, Alex the operator was the best. “I had a great first time rental experience. The Filipino woman, Juvy, who helped reserve than check out my car was both friendly and helpful. If you live nearby I recommend to come in person. You'll be given a printout and an assurance that your vehicle will be washed and ready to go the day of your trip. Ignore the negative reviews saying there was trash everywhere. Simply not true. Also, some of the other negative reviews came from people who tried renting a vehicle that same day, rather than beforehand. Make an advanced reservation, pick up your car and drive off into the sunset!”
“I've had my car in the shop for nearly a month already, as it required a new engine. Luckily, I was able to rent a car through Hertz, and Porter managed to secure a better deal than enterprise.
