“Hands down great service, great prices, very nice clean well maintained reliable attractive cars. I rented for two months last second due to accident by uninsured motorist. I booked online after making a free VIP account and got a very great rate. At the store, they took care of me. They rented to me in their insurance system so the rate wouldn't change if I needed to extend while I fixed my car on my own dime. I first got a full size sedan Nissan Altima, but then swapped into a Kia Sportage for more room at only $2-3 more per day! Miles were unlimited, and my total bill was way less than it would've been anywhere else. And I also learned their rentals can go anywhere out of state as long as it's in the US! Definitely renting again soon and recommending them.”

Everyone here provided outstanding service, especially Johnny and Jenny. “I went to the Enterprise on Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena. The employee was very nice and accommodating. She went out of her way to get me the perfect vehicle I needed. A Hyundai Palisades SUV. It was perfect because My totaled/out vehicle vehicle was an SUV. She was the only employee there. There were many people, but she made me feel like I was the only one she was taking care of. I have experienced other rental car companies in the past, but returned to Enterprise. No the company can’t beat them with Service.”

In the past, I’ve had insurance added to my rental bill that I didn’t sign up for, but that was not the case this time. My credit card provides coverage, so I didn’t need the additional insurance.

“This is my go-to car rental spot! I live in LA without a car (gasp!), so I rent one every month or two when I need to run errands or take a day trip. Their cars are always in great shape, the prices are super fair, and the owners are really kind and fun to talk to. They even have a resident cat, Tux, who frequents the lot!
I recommend this place so often, my friends have started calling the owners my “rental guys.” 10/10 would rent again (and again, and again, clearly).”

“Garrett was very detailed walking me through the rental process, and giving me a quick overview of the car interior (where are the mirror adjustments, radio, ac controls etc.). At the same time, Garrett was also very efficient in getting me checked out in very little time.
The driver who dropped me off was also very helpful. His name was Pops. I left something in the car, but didnt have the driver's number. Fortunately, he noticed and drove back to return to me. Very grateful to him.
