“Hands down great service, great prices, very nice clean well maintained reliable attractive cars. I rented for two months last second due to accident by uninsured motorist. I booked online after making a free VIP account and got a very great rate. At the store, they took care of me. They rented to me in their insurance system so the rate wouldn't change if I needed to extend while I fixed my car on my own dime. I first got a full size sedan Nissan Altima, but then swapped into a Kia Sportage for more room at only $2-3 more per day! Miles were unlimited, and my total bill was way less than it would've been anywhere else. And I also learned their rentals can go anywhere out of state as long as it's in the US! Definitely renting again soon and recommending them.”

“After my Tesla was hit, I had to go through the repair process with the other driver’s insurance company. I chose this shop because it had the highest Google rating, and now I completely understand why.
Everyone here provided outstanding service, especially Johnny and Jenny. They were always quick to answer my calls and respond to any questions I had, keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Every time I picked up my car, it was returned to me spotless and freshly washed, which I really appreciated.
Another thing that impressed me was how clean and well-maintained the shop is. Unlike many body shops that feel messy or disorganized, this place is exceptionally clean, organized, and professional.

“I went to the Enterprise on Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena. The employee was very nice and accommodating. She went out of her way to get me the perfect vehicle I needed. A Hyundai Palisades SUV. It was perfect because My totaled/out vehicle vehicle was an SUV. She was the only employee there. There were many people, but she made me feel like I was the only one she was taking care of. I have experienced other rental car companies in the past, but returned to Enterprise. No the company can’t beat them with Service.”

The driver who dropped me off was also very helpful. His name was Pops. I left something in the car, but didnt have the driver's number. Fortunately, he noticed and drove back to return to me. Very grateful to him.
