They took care of my wife when she realized the gift card was missing in the bag. The sales person forgot to put it in. They get her a gift card for the trouble of going back to retrieve it.

I came to H&M kids cuz I always find exactly what I want for my granddaughter and my grandson. Great prices and nice selection of clothes. Customer service kind of sucked the guy behind the register wasn't too friendly or talkative didn't thank me but that doesn't mean I won't go back.
