No me gusto. Cuando pague con un billete de a $100. La cajera lo levantaba mucho tiempo como dicienque era falso. Llegaron. Tres empleadas y no conocian los billetes de $100. . Envidia a su maxima expresion. Racistas . Mal servicio. Por mis tattos y mi raza . Me dijieros que no sabian. Y el gerente? Bien gracias. La asistente. Le puse mi queja al dia siguiente.

I enjoy this JCPenny. Especially the big and tall section. Customer service is always on point and they actually offer early access into the mall. Not like lazy a55 Macy's. Yall got a problem and rate this JC anything under four stars, post up!

Navigating the store's aisles, the monotony of the shopping experience seemed to stretch endlessly before me, a seemingly interminable journey through shelves stocked with various goods. The fluorescent lights overhead cast a sterile glow, accentuating the mundane nature of the surroundings. The rhythmic hum of refrigerators and the distant murmur of fellow shoppers further contributed to the overall sense of ennui that permeated the air.As I pushed my cart forward, each squeaky wheel turn echoed my sentiments of boredom. The shelves, neatly organized and meticulously arranged, failed to ignite any spark of interest. Product labels, boasting vibrant colors and persuasive slogans, blurred into a visual mosaic, blending together in a sea of consumerism.Occasional announcements over the store's intercom punctuated the otherwise monotonous atmosphere, their robotic voices conveying promotions and reminders that failed to capture my attention. The smell of cleaning supplies lingered in the air, a faint reminder of the perpetual battle against germs and dirt within these retail confines.

Was trying to get a hold of the pick up department regarding an order. No one answered & also called every department in the store to see if anyone can help me nothing. Haven’t shopped at Jc penny in a while and don’t think I’ll shop there again. Bad customer service more like none at all.

Really poor customer service. Had an item I wanted to return, never used, receipt and all but it was around the 60 day mark since purchase. Refused to give refund because they have “signs all over the store” stating that passing the return window would not get you a refund, even with proof of receipt. Would not even allow store credit for the full value of the item. Really poor business model, no wonder why you see the store so empty. Wouldn’t be surprised to see a “store closing” sign one day soon
