“I know Stayer Bros. always have great sales on bone-in rib roast with good quality before Thanksgiving. I happened to drive through the LA area on my way to Las Vegas and picked a convenient location to make a stop. This is my first trip to this location in West Covina. I have been to the stores in Mojave, Rowland Heights, Jurupa Valley, and Barstow. Experience was mixed but in general positive.This store was very good, good selection of meat items that were on sale even at around 6pm. The guys at the counter were also very helpful. They helped me get a bigger rib roast that was not available on display, and also found me some tri-tips that were on sale from the back.The store was very clean and orderly. My overall shopping experience was very pleasant.”

“We have shopped here frequently for the past several months. There were changes to our health insurance flex card and it can only be used in CVS now for OTC products; so we are coming here more often than before. Each time, the staff at front cash register is very friendly and helpful. Several weeks ago, we had issues with a nutrition product we purchased, the store manager, a young lady, resolved it very quickly in just a few minutes. The only thing is they do not have self checkout machines at this location, so you might have to wait in line for a little bit when it's busy, but it's usually not an issue at all.”

“I went last Sunday 5/7/23 in the morning hours. Just wanted to commend the young man in the bread & bakery section who assisted me . His name is Mike . It's the first time somebody actually helped me when I was looking for a specific waffle . So many times I was told if you don't see it "it's out of stock" . Mike actually took the extra effort to check the bin , scan the QR code and went in the back to check inventory . Thank you Mike ! I wish Walmart would have more Mike like you.”

“Karen pharmacy technician was so friendly over the phone. Informed me that doctors office already called in my refill request estimated time between 1-1 1/2 hour to have my husband & I Rx to be done ready to pick up. Arrived over an hour & half. Not yet done due to gotten busy with a lot of customers. Very understandable due to get busy at this location. Cause just two of them working from Karen Pharmacy Technician & Tran the Pharmacist @ this time. So Karen estimate another 30 minute to complete all medication. Some staffs @ lunch still. While waiting patiently for all the Rx of my husband & I. Observed they keep there dept clean , organized & have sanitizer bottles still available for customers, "LOVE " that they care for there customers in preventive measures health & safety . And now one staff coming back from lunch. While waiting my sister called me if I can pick up my nephew her son & her medication too! She said talked to Karen and authorize her to give to me. End up Kat took over from Karen just came back, don't know what I'm talking about reason just gotten back from lunch. Hope Karen put a note about what my sister said. Finally medication completed about 2 1/2 hours after waiting. Linh Pharmacist assisted me for all the medication I'm picking up. Explain that to early for my nephew medication to be picked up. And hopefully next month will be automatically processed better on there new computer system. Walmart pharmacy will just be sending refill request to our physician automatically instead of us calling our physician to call Walmart pharmacy. I can't wait for that, cause hard to go though calling my doctor office to refill my medication month to month. Now I see total 4 staffs in , a lot faster. Only recommendation if ur not planning to be tempted to shop call first to make sure it's ready. What I mean when someone give an estimate guess when ready, call back from that time to really make sure it's done & ready to pick up. Unless you have an hour to wait again after being told in person. Hopefully better system in the future. Still given 4 stars cause all the staffs was friendly & professional. And area clean and organized. Hoping for the best next month. By then maybe a Perfect 5 Stars due to a Better System!)”
