Clean but the store feels like they dont have in stock what theirs system say sometimes, including the website saying they have it in store.

The West Covina location was clean, had friendly staff, and was easy to navigate once inside. Parking was adequate, but a little challenging to exit if you're not familiar with the area (can't make a left or U turn to head south if you exit the southwest driveway). Would gladly shop there again.
