“I was on my way home and went through a large puddle while it rained heavily. I didn't notice anything wrong until a few minutes later when the rain started letting up. A HORRIBLE scraping noise. The guys at Pep Boys on Amar Rd in West Co were nice enough to remove the under carriage cover and replace the pins so my car will be safe to drive while we wait for the replacement part and only charged me for the cost of the pins. I've been a customer of theirs since I first got my license (sooo long ago) and will continue to be, because I know they can be counted on for great car service and great customer care. “I have to highly recommend Big O Tires at the Vincent Plaza in West Covina. While driving in their area a hour from my home my vehicle had a catastrophic brake failure. I called Big O as they were within 3 miles from my location. Carlos said they would take a look at it. This I appreciate because without an appointment you don’t just pull up and get served. After getting there Big O diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and repaired my brakes at a reasonable price. Big O is about more than tires, they offer many other services. Their signs say that they are big on Trust. I Trust Big O Tires in the Vincent Plaza and so should you!”

“Went to 4 Wheel Parts to day because my AMP steps were not working. The sales guy went out to my Jeep to see if he could find the issue. After trying a few things they still did not work. The other gentleman in the shop, (I wish I got his name) had the mechanic come out to the Jeep to troubleshoot the issue. Within a few minutes he was able to find the issue and fix it in the parking lot without even charging. Great customer service.This is my go to place whenever I want different mods that I can't do myself.”
“I've taken my car here a few times to get tire patch work done. They're quick and the wait (if there is one) is typically around 15mins. Prices are reasonable and I haven't encountered any issues with their patch work. Would recommend”
