The staff at Big O Tires in West Covina provided exceptional customer service from start to finish! They were running a great sale on Goodyear tires, so I added the extended warranty and an alignment. Even with those add-ons, the total price was lower than what other shops quoted me just for the tires alone. Highly recommend!”
