This is a large Verizon owned and operated corporate store. It is located in the West Covina Parkway Plaza (Panera etc.) at West Covina and California (across the street from the West Covina Plaza). It was well stocked. Registration for servicing was smooth. My representative (Miguel) was knowledgeable and welcoming.

Jake is the Man!, My family are very glad we met him at the store, he attended all our needs, he explained everything to us carefully, he is what you need if you're getting a new verizon line.. again, thank you Jake!

AVOID THIS PLACE AND STAY AWAY FROM ALBERTO!!!Everyone should avoid this place, specially dealing with Alberto that is a liar and probably taking advantage of every customer that steps on this store. We called Verizon to complain about this individual and we hope they get rid of this person.AVOID THIS PLACE!

The staff in this store have poor service attitude and racial discrimination. Asians must not come to this store, they will be treated unfairly! I waited for over an hour and no one asked me, even helped a guest who came later than me.

I was being added to my son family line at Verizon. I wanted to keep my old number so I provided Verizon with the info they needed to transport my old number from TMobil One week later and three phone calls Verizon still could not complete this order. So my son and I went into the Verizon store. HJessica assist us. She spent an hour and half trouble shooting the problem. It turned out to be Verizon's error. And now it would take 10 days with no guarantee for them to try to transpot my old number. Of course I said no way. And was issued a new number. HJessica did a good job finding the problem. However her customer care gets one star. She did not empathize with the customer or apologized for the mistake Verizon made. She was cold and insensitive to the inconvenience this has caused a long term customer that just added a new line. I would not recommend Verizon. TMobil has the best customer care service.

Poor customer service. Staff here are very rude, arrogant, disrespectful and not helpful at all. This staff by the name of JASSITA was very rude, arrogant, disrespectful and has poor customer service. Just to print out the bill they will charge you for $35. It’s a highway robbery. The manager by the name of JESSE who was there when i had an encounter with the sales person JASSITA, he didn’t even do anything or apologized about what happened. This JASSITA even told me to “go ahead and report me, i don’t care” and that manager was there and he didn’t do anything. I went back just to get the name of the sales person’s name but the manager just gave me the sales person’s name and his name but didn’t ask as to what happened and never apologized in behalf of this girl’s behavior. Well im happy that I switched back to TMobile, very affordable, no hidden charges, staff are very nice, good customer service and good reception and has a lot of perks. TMobile is the best. I regret that i left TMobile last November 2022 and tried this Verizon. I was with TMobile for a long time and my experience with them was really good compared with Verizon. This Verizon sucks??? poor reception, super expensive, poor customer service, has a lot of charges that you don’t know. Their trade-in program is not true. They will buy your phone like a $1000 but When you have an early termination, they will charge you the whole amount of the device and you will lose the value of your old device. So meaning you just gave them your old phone for free coz they will not deduct the value of your old device. Unbelievable, right? So Verizon, you have to step up and i hope you do something with your branch in West Covina. They used to be inside the West Covina mall and now they moved across the mall on California. I won’t encourage you customers to go there.??????

The new store looks great and clean along with being more open not so dark. Everyone seems nice to deal with but I only dealt with ALBERTO. He is great at answering questions and fully explaining everything, great customer service. Recommend this place along with Alberto keep up the great work!!!

Paid thousands of dollars when I was a Verizon customer for the last 12 months. I just recently switched to T mobile because of Verizon’s ridiculous high charges $200 for 3 lines and paid a month in advance for 1 line… Doesn’t make any sense to me. I went to the store hoping they can help me unlock my phone, which was bought at Verizon because they failed to do so over the phone (made hours of phone calls trying to get this resolved). They don’t even allow me to enter the main area, sit and talk to a customer service. They made me stand there and make phone calls instead. Of course again they couldn’t resolve my issue over the phone. Now I think I will never be able to use that phone I bought at Verizon. I will never recommend anyone using Verizon because of their terrible services.

Transferred over from T-Mobile with this store worst decision I’ve made in a while shady ppl here at this store. It’s been a nightmare since I switched over in November with a promotional offer . I’ve spent hours on the phone with customer service trying to fix the issue , they claim it’s fixed next day or a week later. I have to deal with the same issue . If you have T-Mobile I recommend staying with them over 5 years of service I never once had to deal with a store representative.

This verizon sucks. Always a 40minute plus wait and the manager Evelyn is very unprofessional and seems incapable. The first time I came to this location, I was waiting quite a while and asked the only worker in the store not assisting customers if she was able to help. Evelyn said she was unable to provide service to customers since her sole job is to write people's names in. I waited an hour to get assistance.I came today, my second experience with this location to try to turn in my phone along with ask a couple of questions. When I walk in, the manager Evelyn is sitting down in the middle of the store calling me over, since she sees unable to walk over to check me in for service. Once checked in, she told me it was an estimated forty five minute wait. I waited fifty minutes and when I addressed it with her, she told me it would be another forty five minutes because their were still people waiting. I understand a slight difference in wait since wait time is estimated but waiting two hours for service is RIDICULOUS. If she told me initially that it would be over an hour, I would have left! Coming here is a waste of time. They couldn't even hire an efficient manager to keep business moving & customers satisfied. Been with Verizon for over 10years. It might be time to switch since this corporate Verizon is the closest to my house and such an inconvenience to go to.
