Omgsh she's the sweetest person I've met at this location. She is so helpful and answered all my questions. Alyssa really had a great personality and made our night. “Located inside the Westfield West Covina Mall 1st floor. I usually find good deals inside. They have clothing geared towards the younger crowd but have something for everyone from jeans, polos, t-shirts, shorts, jackets, hoodies, dresses, etc along with accessories. Lots of good deals and the big sale section is located in the back behind the cash registers. My kids can usually find a good deal back there. Dressing rooms are located in the back too. The employees are friendly.”

“I visited Cotton On in Covina today looking for a specific pair of pants, but we couldn’t find them on the floor. Thankfully, Nick, one of the sales associates, was incredibly patient and helpful. “Walked in to day to purchased a Robe and was approached bye the nice lady at the front door.she helped me decided on what to purchased and also helped with verifying my account.the only disturbance I had was wondering why did a unknown employee that seem to be gathering go backs interfered with my transaction with the lady behind the counter took over the transaction and walked away afterwards and the lady continued taking guest but wasn't allowed to take mines ?♀️ it really made me fill uncomfortable I started to return my 135.Robe but decided not to let evil and Racism win.”

“I was visiting West Covina for the first time and had never been to a Tilly's before, but after this experience, I would love to go again! When I first walked in, I was greeted very warmly by a sales associate named Khalifa, and he is one of the best salespeople I've ever had greet and help me! From the start, he was very charming, funny, and very stylish! The actual store was very nice, I ended up buying a few shirts, mostly inspired by Khalifa's vintage look that day! Overall, a great store that had some great workers, and some great clothes! Would love to go again!”
“What can I say about this place... Best experience that I ever had when it came to crunch time. Let's start with an associate name Mary, she greeted me and asked if she can help me with anything, I right away perked up and said yes!! I was getting married in 2 hours and needed to find a dress because the one i had preferred online was not the color I had anticipated. Mary right away started pulling dresses and immediately had me try on the dresses. I found one that I fell on love with a beautiful float dress that she had pulled. We found my dress and all accessories that I needed for my special day in a 1/2hr time. Thank you Mary!! I will definitely be back if I'm in another crunch time moment.”
“I was only headed toward Baskin Robbins but since I wasn't in a hurry and I'd never been in this store I walked in. I was pleasantly surprised at the prices! I got 2 really good quality tshirts for my son for only $6 each and there were lots of packs of underwear for amazing prices. I got 2 boxes of Michael kors 3 pk for only $15/ pack. I would never buy these at retail prices but here it's great! The man who helped me was really nice and said they have plenty of stock. Come by and get some nice finds! It's located in the strip mall with the new Chinese market SF market across from Nogales High.”
