“Beautiful arrangement and exceptional service. I had flowers delivered to my mom on Friday 5/10/24 for Mother's Day. On Friday during the first deliver attempt my mom wasn't home so I received a courtesy call letting me know that she wasn't home and that it was too hot to leave the flowers on the front porch. I have ordered from other florists in the area and they did leave the flowers on the doorstep. Obviously that wilted them. I so appreciate the communication and caring service to come back later in the day. Also, the actual flowers from Saint Germain are gorgeous and look very similar to what is posted on their website. I have ordered flowers at other florists to only have something very different delivered. Lastly, they send a confirmation email after delivery which is a service I always appreciate. I will most certainly buy from Saint Germain going forward. Keep up the great work! Your excellent reviews are well deserved!!”

This is a business that's passionate about flowers and passionate about making a difference in people's lives. They truly understand what it means to give outstanding customer service and to give the gift of love through flowers. I needed assistance to get flowers to a dear friend and former co-worker in a matter of hours on behalf of myself and our company. The owner of Michael's literally jumped up and came in early to create a beautiful arrangement and get it over to the funeral home. The first thing my friend said when I arrived at her mom's memorial with a look of gratitude and astonishment was, "you sent flowers." I saw the arrangement as we respectfully departed to the cemetery. It was placed by the card basket and was so beautiful, I had not even realized it was the arrangement Michael's made with love for us until I saw my name and my co-workers' names, handwritten on the card. I also recognized it because Michael's had been so sweet and thoughtful to send me a picture of it earlier so I could take part in the joy of the gift we were giving. I loved it in the picture and the arrangement was even more beautiful in person. It meant the world to my friend and to me. This experience was priceless.”

“I was invited to a funeral… I’ve called few places around that area with no call back or answer the day before the event. I totally forgot to follow up! Next day, on the day of the event, I just realized I am going empty handed…
One of the only places open on a Sunday was Abbey’s. A gentleman named David helped me… In only TWO HOURS he arranged a gorgeous flower ( probably the nicest one there) and delivered it ON TIME for me. My man David and the staff at Abbey’s really delivered and help me big time!!!!

I live out of state but my mom is local and I ordered for her birthday. I’d had a bad experience w generic florists in the past so I looked for a local option. Abby’s website had competitive prices with other local florists, as well as lower range options which were more in my price range. I ordered the night before her birthday for next day delivery. First thing in the morning they needed an additional piece of information and were so kind and helpful over the phone, it made me feel so good to support them and made it apparent this was a hard working, kind, family business.
The best part was my mom’s experience! She was Blown away by the flower arrangement and loved the vase. As someone who has been receiving arrangements for decades, and organized plenty of parties, she was very impressed. She could tell I ordered an arrangement for her taste, and was impressed with the quality and variety of the entire display. Can’t wait to order again from Abby’s for Mother’s Day!
