Even if I were a financial expert I could never manage my own portfolio this effectively, nor would I want to! “I come to this bank whenever possible, as I enjoy the enjoy the ambience and good service of the staff here. Last week all my accounts had been the victim of an online hacker. Fortunately, I'd called WFB and they stepped in just in time to prevent the loss of funds. The next day I went in to unravel this mess. I was assigned to Beni. She took her time and patiently went through each transaction in all of my accounts, to sort out the many attempted transfers and withdrawals before the hacker was stopped. She then opened all new accounts, gave me folders for each one, along with a healthy dose of wisdom on keeping my finances protected going forward. She was a delight to work with. Bright, efficient, warm and patient. When our session was complete, she asked with a huge smile - "is there anything else I can do for you?" Only then did she head out for lunch, which she'd postponed just to finish my case.”
