The young woman doing the blood draw was also acting as the receptionist— as in there was no dedicated support staff. Her and her male coworker seemed utterly exhausted, and their manners weren’t impressive as a result. (Heavy sarcasm, combative tone, passive aggressive comments, seemed to resent each person that came into the facility). The blood draw was easy, fast, no issues. I am going to assume this location is chronically understaffed, and the workers are taking on multiple roles without adequate support, and it is affecting their moods and bedside manner. Get these workers some support!”
