“I've been bringing my exotics to Dr Reimer for years and recently visited Dr Shinkle with a bunny as well. Let me preface this by saying I've visited a lot of vets over the years, and have worked for/with about a dozen. Dr's Reimer and Shinkle absolutely know what they are doing. They will take time to explain things, they are extremely reasonably priced, and when I'm in a time pinch and can't wait long for help, they fit me in. I will continue making the 45 minute drive to All Pets for as long as I have exotics.”

Dr. Analicia Rogel was wonderful with our dog. She was very professional, caring, and thorough during the examination. We left feeling that our dog was truly in good hands, which means a lot to us as pet owners. We will definitely be coming back for the next exam, and we’re planning to bring our other two pups as well.

“My fur baby needed to be seen quickly, all of my local vets offices were booking two weeks to two months out, leaving me with the choice of waiting ( not a comfortable option) or paying exorbitant cost for emergency services (that I felt unnecessary.)
In the mist of my search for a vet, I received an email from Dr. Ron’s , I was familiar with their service through the vaccination clinics they have at The Wharf in Ventura. While on hold with another vets office, I read the email, and realized that they had a clinic, so after another disappointing call to a local vet, I phoned Dr. Ron’s. I was amazed that they could see me the next day and at a far more reasonable price point, additionally the young lady I spoke with was super sweet and helpful (it is really nice to speak with a human.)
Besides being one of the most well run medical offices I've been to (no double booking), It was by far the CLEANEST medical facility I have ever been in, animal or human! The wash room was spotless!
They are quite a drive (approximately one hour), it was well worth the peace of mind. Everyone was wonderful!”

“Been going here for about 3 years now. Overall I’ve had a great experience through my pups shots, neuter, dental work, and checkups. Usually have to schedule an appt ahead of time. Dr. Ban is a very knowledgeable, patient, and kind Veterinarian. I’ve only had 1 instance where I felt like I didn’t get any answers on what happened or how to prevent this rash my dog got, and I had to do my own research and talk to other people like groomers and vets to find out what it was. I was just given an ointment and some pills because it was worse than I thought. But other than that Roswinn has been my go to for everything since I’ve had my dog as a puppy.”
