“Dr. Alzate is amazing. She provided my senior pit bull with incredibly compassionate and thorough end of life care. By far the best Vet I have ever been to. She took time to review all her history, watched videos of her having vestibular episodes and put together a comprehensive diagnosis and plan that addressed all of her medical issues from both medical and holistic angles. The care plan she provided helped my dog live longer and have a better quality of life. This clinic was highly recommended by a friend after our previous vet prescribed a bunch of medications with severe side effects, and I am so happy we went here for a second opinion. The prices are fair and reasonable. There is plenty of free and easy parking. It can sometimes be difficult to get an appointment time since they are so busy and popular with pet lovers so it's best to plan ahead make appointments in advance. During our appointments I never felt rushed and they always took time to sit with my dog and me and were very kind. It's absolutely worth it to go here even if it's a farther drive.”

“We just moved to Simi from out of state a few weeks ago. We woke up one Sunday morning to my cat having an urgent butt problem ?. I was so worried that no place would be open but I was relieved to find this pet hospital was open and they got her in for treatment right away! I'm happy to say that 2 weeks later she is all healed and her cone has been removed. I wasn't planning to need to find her new vet so quickly but life happened and I'm glad we found this place for all our future kitty Doctor needs. Thank you for all your help and kindness. ?”

“We've been taking our dogs to Agoura Animal Clinic for 20+ years. All of the vets have taking great care of multiple dogs over the years, including some through illnesses and cancer. We had a recent experience that was above and beyond the already great experience we've had over the years. One of my very active and large dogs had a small lump that we had removed (small mass cell tumor). It was in a place that required him to have no activities while he healed. One week into his two week recovery, he popped all of the stitches out. Despite this being late in the day, Dr. Zeilinger stitched him back up that night. Dr. Zeilinger, the vet techs and staff were so kind and considerate and helped a worried dog mom tremendously. My boy is on his way to recovery (again) but I wanted to recognize everyone at Agoura Animal Clinic!”
“We love West Hills Animal hospital! The Paw Plan is definitely worth it - saves you so much more money than just out of pocket - it's a bit overpriced without. Staff is amazing and knows how to adapt to dogs of different temperaments. One of my dogs is reactive and they make sure that he is able to remain as calm as possible by offering a side entrance and compassion.”

“I brought 3 of the kittens I fostered/rescued in hard-sided pet carriers to this location to be fixed. I waited until they were at least 4 months old so they don't develop any health issues later.
When I picked them up after their surgeries, they were groggy and seemed to have forgotten they were siblings. They were hissing at each other for a few days until the medication from the surgery was out of their system.
I separated the 3 in individual crates and used paper pellets for them to potty on (so it wouldn't stick to their incision sites). As days passed, one of the three kittens healed fine. One of the female kittens had liquid forming at the incision area (pouch-like) and and the male kitten's private was inflamed, which was worrisome.
I was told the liquid formed because she was active and moving around a lot (she was in a bigger crate). The male kitten didn't have a cone on and I was told it was due to him licking the incision site. The vet instructed me to put a cone on him; the inflammation eventually went away. I'd say both kittens took about 1-2 months for their incision areas to heal.
Overall, I had a good experience at this place. The price was affordable and the staff were very busy, but they were courteous and answered all my questions.”

“I've been bringing my exotics to Dr Reimer for years and recently visited Dr Shinkle with a bunny as well. Let me preface this by saying I've visited a lot of vets over the years, and have worked for/with about a dozen. Dr's Reimer and Shinkle absolutely know what they are doing. They will take time to explain things, they are extremely reasonably priced, and when I'm in a time pinch and can't wait long for help, they fit me in. I will continue making the 45 minute drive to All Pets for as long as I have exotics.”

“Dr. Slomowitz is truly one of a kind. She always shows so much compassion and patience, even when your pet decides not to cooperate—which was definitely Zelda yesterday! After several gentle tries, Casey was so patient when she called to talk through the best way to help her, and we decided on a little sedation. It worked beautifully. Zelda was able to get her full exam, bloodwork, urinalysis, weight check, and even her pedicure without getting additionally stressed or scared.
Every single person there makes the experience easier. Hannah and Rachel at the front desk are always so kind and welcoming. Gabi is an amazing vet tech, and Dr. Y has helped my other cats before—she’s just as wonderful and caring. Even though Clarissa and Dominique weren’t there this time, they’re both an important part of why I trust this whole team so much.
It’s such a relief knowing Zelda (and Troy) are in such good hands. You can really feel that they love what they do, and it shows in the way they treat every animal as if they were their own. I can’t recommend Dr. Slomowitz , Dr. Y and their team enough.”

“Been going here for about 3 years now. Overall I’ve had a great experience through my pups shots, neuter, dental work, and checkups. Usually have to schedule an appt ahead of time. Dr. Ban is a very knowledgeable, patient, and kind Veterinarian. I’ve only had 1 instance where I felt like I didn’t get any answers on what happened or how to prevent this rash my dog got, and I had to do my own research and talk to other people like groomers and vets to find out what it was. I was just given an ointment and some pills because it was worse than I thought. But other than that Roswinn has been my go to for everything since I’ve had my dog as a puppy.”
