“My friend has to put her dog to sleep urgently, as she took a turn for the worst overnight and was suffering. All the other Veterinary offices around town were either booked until the next day or charged over $800-$1,000 for a group cremation, ashes and a paw print. I want to say that Malia, specifically, was extremely accommodating not only to get my friends dog in that same day, but ASAP in the morning. She was also very helpful taking payment over the phone from me since I was offering to pay upfront given this was an unexpected and sudden expense for my friend and we didn't want her sweet dog to suffer. 5 STARS to VCA Parkwood AND Malia, thank you for making sure sweet Beauty was put to rest and out of her suffering!”

“I have had my 10 year old cat treated by Dr Robison for 7 years and I am very grateful to her for her unbiased professionalism. First of all, my cat is much calmer in this veterinary clinic, because there are no other animals around at the time of my appointment. Only cats in the back room that are being cared for. Secondly, Dr Robison's advice is always backed up by extensive research on her part. She clearly explains why a medication, intervention, or a change of diet etc. are necessary or to be avoided. Thirdly, her office visit prices are very reasonable. Lastly, she makes herself readily available so booking appointments with her is easy. I will continue to take my cat to Dr Robison' s clinic and highly recommend her.”

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care my dog Callie received during a very serious and unexpected emergency. It was one of the most stressful moments of my life, yet Greg and the entire team provided a level of compassion, skill, and professionalism that is truly unmatched.
From the moment I called, Greg took the time to walk me through everything with incredible patience. Nothing was rushed. He explained every step of the process, what they were concerned about, and what they were doing to protect Callie’s health. His calm, detailed, and extremely knowledgeable guidance made a frightening situation feel manageable.
The staff treated Callie with extraordinary gentleness. You could see how carefully they handled her — every exam, every injection, every check was done with precision and genuine care. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and their communication was clear, consistent, and comforting throughout.
What stood out most was how thorough they were in both treatment and prevention. They monitored every risk factor, took proactive measures, and ensured Callie had the best possible chance to recover safely. After the procedure, they continued to give me all the time I needed on the phone, explaining aftercare, warning signs, and answering every question without ever making me feel rushed.
This team truly goes above and beyond. During a deeply emotional and overwhelming emergency, they showed expertise, compassion, and heart. Callie is healing beautifully because of their outstanding work.
