Well I am so glad I called because Sherry set me up with a new 42" side by side Sub-Zero for literally 20% less than anyone else. There were some delivery issues (not Luxury Kitchen's fault, the installer got injured) but Sherry's customer service was off the chart. She worked tirelessly booking a new delivery company and stayed on top of the situation until the unit was installed.
