“Had a problem with my washer and went to Kimo’s Appliance. James was amazing so friendly and helpful. To helping me look for a new washer and offering to take a look at my old one to see if it was repairable. They are very busy, he was able to squeeze me for an appointment today for the technician to come to my house.The staff very professional keeping in touch with me with a ETA when the technician will arrive to my home. When both technicians arrived they fixed the problem. :). I’m so happy and great full to have found them. Highly recommended this place.”

“We bought a Viking fridge last week and were very excited. Unfortunately, when it was delivered, the fridge had scratches and also would not close because of a factory damage to hinge. So why am I writing a 5 star review? Because their entire sales team is top notch. From Sarven to Ysabella to Berenice, they left no stone unturned to get the fridge fixed the very next day. Guillermo Franco, who is their GM, actually drove to my house to assess the problem and was on the floor trying to look at the hinge.This was majorly impressive and if I could give them 6 stars, I would - with full kudos to Mr. Franco and his team. #JustAwesome”

“I can't believe it's taken me so long to write this review, because Savon is a go-to for me. I bought a fridge here for my first apartment, and Marsha educated us on why modern fridges are so terrible. Marsha is really the best, because she's the type of person where you can tell she's not BSing you. Years later, I bought another fridge here - not because the first fridge died, but because I moved out. That first fridge is still going strong 8+ years later with my roommate and I still have the replacement fridge 5 years in! We also bought a stackable washer/dryer from Savon, and then sold it back to them when we moved. Most recently, the washer at our new home started leaking as soon as we moved in, so we replaced it with another workhorse from Savon. Eventually we may switch over to more modern appliances, but in the meantime Marsha and Savon have been lifesavers for helping us save money and keeping these appliances out of the landfill.”

But u can just take the products somewhere else to install. I love this place and highly recommend”

“The best place for Korean cookware and home goods. Kim's is a staple of koreatown and has been around for so long. I recently came by to check out their rice cookers. There are lots of employees here so it's very easy to find someone to help you. I was recommended a Cuchen rice and pressure cooker and it was on sale. The prices here are very competitive. I also purchased a few glass food containers as they always have the best selection here. They have everything you need for your home and kitchen!”

“We got a side by side sub-zero panel-ready fridge and freezer set from them. Martin helped us out from the very beginning. He was very accommodating and patient with us. He helped us find what we wanted that would work best within our budget, and then he even held onto the two items for a couple months while our remodel was slowly moving along. When we were finally ready for the items he delivered them, and when we found that there was a problem with a couple of the leveling gears he honored good warranty and sent someone out to fix it. We're very pleased with the fridge and freezer combo, they look great with the panels on. Thanks to Martin for his help and ongoing service. I highly recommend this business for affordable high end appliances.”

From the moment we walked in Everyone was friendly and helpful. They went in the back and got us exactly what we needed. They opened the box and checked it out with us to be sure it was what we wanted. Great product, great customer service. We would definitely shop here again!!!”

“I was referred to the Luxury Kitchen by our Sub-Zero repair company who said we needed a new unit and that Sherry at the Luxury Kitchen would give us a good price. Well I am so glad I called because Sherry set me up with a new 42" side by side Sub-Zero for literally 20% less than anyone else. There were some delivery issues (not Luxury Kitchen's fault, the installer got injured) but Sherry's customer service was off the chart. She worked tirelessly booking a new delivery company and stayed on top of the situation until the unit was installed. It works perfectly and Sherry was literally on the phone with them in the day of installation making sure I was taken care of. All in all, I got an incredible price and worked with a company that goes the extra mile to make the customer happy.”

“My water tankless heater failed on Good Friday, expecting heavy rains Saturday, went to Home Depot and they only had 1 in stock (a brand I've never heard of). Called Ferguson 5 minutes before closing and told them my problem and that I was 3 minutes away, the salesmen said come on down. When I arrived there was someone waiting with the gate partially open, actually knew his stuff and had me in and out in 15 minutes with the brand I wanted and made sure I had everything I might need. They saved my weekend, it's nice to know there are still stores out there who will help a man out in a pinch. Thanks a bunch guys, I really appreciate it!!!”

“Sears has come back from the department store dust! For over 130 years, Sears was one of the leading, if not THE leading chain of department stores back in its heyday. As a kid, I fondly remember seeing a chain of Sears stores and their commercials back in the 1990s. Unfortunately, in today's age of digital and technology use, online e-commerce sites such as Amazon, eBay, Temu, and more have been on the rise of convenient shopping. According to Wikipedia, as of January 2024, there are 13 Sears stores remaining, with 12 in the mainland U.S. and one location in the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico. Although the declining number is staggering, Sears has a legacy of mall culture and launching the movement of ordering from mail catalogs. As a local Burbank resident, I am happy to see that this location is one of the last ones remaining. Don't get me wrong, I occasionally shop online but in the end, I generally prefer going to a physical store to get what I need. The Burbank location has 3 stories, the top floor being the most empty due to renovations. The second floor has women's, children's, and men's clothing and accessories. The bottom floor consists of housewares and kitchen appliances. Surprisingly, there is a large variety of items in store with fairly discounted prices. I really hope that this location and Sears as an entire chain overall will remain in business, despite the continuing rise of other competitors and the convenience of online shopping.”

Items were delivered and installed by professional installers. They handled service calls even after sale. Honestly, be prepared to have some patience: the money I have saved was worth the wait. I spent over $40,000 on my purchases there and saved about $15,000. If you want the price - these guys can't be beat”
