“I do recommend Home Depot but their return service need to be reviewed. The last two times I retuned an item in the late evening there were two return stations open. Both stations had multiple item returns and the line was getting longer. But there were three or four employees further back that seemed to be conversing and enjoying themselves rather than opening up a new station. Management needs to retrain these employees.”

The project managers always have been helpful and accommodating with years of experience and excellent advice. Why did I write such a negative review? Well, sometimes life throws curveballs and everything seems to fracture at the same time. I took my frustration out on Snyder Diamond which they didn't deserve. I didn't check my phone messages; my impatience was my fault. I have my order in hand. I apologize to Snyder Diamond and any customers who might have been in doubt after reading my review.”
“I love my family at Burbank Home Depot 6654 !!! They provided safe, covered parking for all of us who ride motorcycles or bicycles !!!! Thank you, Chuck (our fearless Store mgr), Crystal (Ops. Mgr) and leadership ; ) A Big Shout Out Thank You to Andrew, from our tool rental, for making the whole set up ... from concrete bars, shade, concrete block signs and sweeping to make it ready for all of us, 2 - wheel riders ; ) !!!!
